Its not moose Pecker Manitoba its Moose Pècker, Manitoba. they are bi-l and political correctness is correct. BTW Speer wasn't finance minister he was amendments minister after the mysterious death of Toldt. Hjalmar Schact was Economics minister and died (or was murdered) early in the war.
